Refund policy

Please contact us for any product question at hola@thealfajorcompany.ca.
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item with pictures attached, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

To start a the process email us to hola@thealfajorcompany.ca with: order number, a brief message with the issue in hand and pictures. Please titled the email 'Damages and Issues". This will be flagged as a top priority. After reviewing your email We’ll send you instructions on how we can proceed forward. Please note items sent back to us without first requesting assistance will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items / Exchanges
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your product is assessed, we will notify you at once with the exchange process. Please keep in mind we don't do refunds but exchanges only on our The Alfajor Co. products.
